This policy explains what Revenuity (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the Revenuity AI Audit service, and how we use and store it.
To produce your report we capture and store artifacts of the site you submitted, which may include:
Because you may submit third-party-facing pages, you confirm at checkout that you are authorized to have those pages captured and stored. Do not submit pages that require login or that expose personal data you are not authorized to process.
We send screenshots and page context to a large-language-model provider (via an LLM gateway) to perform the analysis, and we use an automated browser (Playwright/Chromium) to capture pages. We use a transactional email provider to deliver your report and Stripe to process payment. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
Reports are produced by AI and reflect simulated buyer behavior and automated evaluation. They may contain inaccuracies and are provided for guidance only — see our Terms.
Reports, screenshots, and recordings are retained indefinitely so your shareable report link keeps working, unless you ask us to delete them. Report links are unguessable and not indexed by search engines, but anyone with the link can view the report.
You can request deletion of a report and its artifacts, or access to the data we hold about you, by emailing [email protected]. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
We restrict which network destinations the Service will fetch (blocking private/internal addresses), rate-limit unauthenticated endpoints, and transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
