These Terms govern your use of Revenuity’s website and the Revenuity AI Audit service (the “Service”) operated by Revenuity (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service analyzes websites you submit and produces a conversion-optimization report. Depending on the tier you choose, this is performed either by capturing screenshots and evaluating them against a best-practices library (a “Quick Audit”), or by AI buyer personas that navigate the submitted pages in an automated browser (a “Simulation Audit”).
You may only submit a website that you own or are otherwise authorized to audit. By submitting a URL and checking the authorization box at checkout, you represent and warrant that you have the right to have that site analyzed, screenshotted, and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your audit does not violate any third party’s terms of service or rights.
During a Simulation Audit, automated personas browse the submitted pages and may scroll and click links and buttons. The Service is designed to stop at the conversion point and never submits forms, places orders, creates accounts, or sends messages on the audited site. Personas remain on the submitted site’s domain and do not perform transactions.
Reports are generated by AI and reflect AI-simulated buyer behavior and automated best-practice evaluation. They are provided for guidance only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, conversion rate, revenue change, or that any recommendation will be suitable for your business. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your website.
Audits are paid in advance via Stripe in US dollars. Prices are shown before payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. If an audit fails on our side and cannot be completed, you will not be charged or, if already charged, may be refunded at our discretion; refunds are handled manually.
Completed reports are delivered by email and accessible at a private, unguessable link. Anyone with the link can view the report; treat it like a shareable document link. We retain reports and their associated screenshots and recordings as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to scan or analyze sites you are not authorized to test, to probe internal or private network resources, or for any unlawful purpose. We employ technical safeguards (including blocking private/internal addresses) and may refuse or terminate any audit that appears abusive.
You retain all rights to your website and its content. We retain all rights to the Service, the best-practices library, and report templates. The report we deliver is licensed to you for your internal business use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant audit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
